Tucked away in Kampung Purakagis, Ranau, Sabah. Arnab Village is a place for families, animal lovers, and anyone looking for a relaxing weekend surrounded by cute animals.
Located about 20 minutes from Ranau town, this animal-theme attractions offers a calm environment where visitors can walk around, take photos, and spend time with different animals in open areas. The cool highland weather adds to the peaceful setting making it a pleasant stop for those exploring the Ranau area.
The word “arnab” means rabbit in Malay, and the village is home to many types of rabbits, including Angora, Holland Lop, and Lionhead. Visitors can observe and feed the rabbits inside open enclosures, with staff ensuring the animals are handled gently.

Besides rabbits, the site also houses other animals such as tortoises, cats, hamsters, ducks, and chickens. There is a small grape garden which is labelled as “Anggur Borneo”, where visitors can walk among the various species of grape plants and enjoy the greenery. The garden is a quiet area within the village, providing a change of pace from the animal sections and opportunities for photos.

Arnab Village started approximately 9 years ago with a small number of rabbits and has since expanded to include more animals and themed spaces. The attractions are open daily from 8 am to 5 pm with ticket price varying for seasons.
